Sorry for the long questions but I wanted to get it all out at once.
IA has a CeVIO version now so is her Vocaloid still getting updates? I mean you can make songs with her CeVIO just fine so why would you still support her Vocaloid?.
How to pronounce IA? I always said the letters one by one (I A) but I heard people call her Ee-uh so wich one is correct?. Lastly I would like to ask two questions regarding my favourite Vocaloid IA: So was that just a rumor or are their really hurdles in makeing songs with different Vocaloids from different companies. How difficult is it to use two or more Vocaloids of different companies in one song like Gumi + Miku or Lily + Rin? I heard once that Jin, the producer of the Kagepro changed back to Miku because he couldn't use IA because of legal reasons but than again songs like Konoha's State of The World exists. Is there any need for other programms like Vocaloid when a companie and always just make another Vocaloid? I get that UTAU and CeVIO have their niche as one is a free programm and one is also a talking programm but is there any need to develop a new programm that can do the same things Vocaloids can do if you could always just make a new Vocaloid?.
Does a producer have to buy a new version of a Vocaloid if they want to use some (proper) english in there song? And what about the different versions like Append and Soft? When a producer wants to use a different version of a Vocaloid for one of their songs do they have to buy a new programm at the full price or are they able to upgreat their already owned version?.
When a song is covered by one Vocaloid why is there always just one cover per Vocaloid? Like if someone were to cover Lost one's weeping with Miku why would there be only one Miku version? Is it prohibited to do multiple covers per Vocaloid or is it just a thing I misunderstood and there are actually multiple covers of a song and only one gets popular? If so why?. Some are just dumb fun to lighten up the mood and some are like really fucked up so how do you record a voicebank for such a wide range and how come that Vocaloids are still sounding so good? Also how do you record differently for singing and talking? How are voicebanks actually recorded? Like how many words are recorded before the Vocaliod is finished and what words are used? Vocaloids have a wide range of genre and themes in their songs. In that time some questions came up that I would like to ask as I have no idear of the technicalities of the medium.
But recently I really got into Volcaloids and it is pretty much the only thing I listen to for quite some time now. I was a fan of the medium ever since I started watching Anime back in 2014 but I nerver was super into it and only listend to some songs here and there (with the exception of bingeing the Kagepro one summer).
